Margins, FX, days of stock and re-dating, computed by tested code from the record. One version of every number, never produced by the model.
as booked in QuickBooksre-dated by rule
Revenue as booked versus re-dated to when the work happened. Indexed sample figures; the rule is the live one.
How it plugs into what you have
- Reads Tabula or the tables you already have: Postgres, MySQL, QuickBooks, Google Sheets
- Margins and cost floors, price moves, FX and exchange differences, days of stock, re-dating rules: whatever your operation computes by hand today
- Results land back in the database, so agents and dashboards quote the same figure
- What changes
- Spreadsheet formulas become versioned code with tests. When a rule changes, it changes once, for everyone.
In the field
- Interlix: income statements re-dated to how the business bills and collects
- Kura Matcha: exchange differences kept apart from profit
- Photo Imagen: sell rules with a hard cost floor and week-over-week price moves

Frequently asked
How long does a first build take?
Typically four to ten weeks after the two-week assessment, with working software in the first week and real data by the second. Arlem prefers a narrow system used every day over a broad one that is not.
Can Arlem build inside our own cloud or on-premises?
Yes. Systems can run on infrastructure Arlem operates (Postgres, Caddy and pm2 on dedicated servers) or inside the client's cloud account. Either way the client owns the code, the data and the documentation.
