Frequently asked
What buyers and their technical teams usually ask us about these services.
What is AI data entry?
AI data entry means documents and messages that used to be typed in by hand (supplier price lists in WhatsApp, Excel or PDF; invoices; plain-language sales or payments) are read by an AI model, turned into structured rows in a relational database, shown to a person as a preview, and written only after confirmation.
What is a remote MCP server and why would a company want one?
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard that lets an AI assistant such as Claude call external tools. A remote MCP server exposes a company's own systems (prices, orders, accounts, documents) as typed tools, so leadership can work with them from Claude on the desktop, without a terminal or a custom app. Arlem runs one for Photo Imagen Video & Export with 13 tools.
Can Arlem build inside our own cloud or on-premises?
Yes. Systems can run on infrastructure Arlem operates (Hetzner, with Postgres, Caddy and pm2) or inside the client's cloud account. Either way the client owns the code, the data and the documentation.
How long does a first build take?
Typically four to ten weeks after the two-week assessment, with working software in the first week and real data by the second. Arlem prefers a narrow system used every day over a broad one that is not.
Does Arlem sign contracts and invoice from the United States?
Yes. Arlem is the brand of Photo Imagen & Video Export LLC, a US entity, so contracting and invoicing can be done US to US.
What happens if we want to take the system in-house later?
Documentation and handover are kept current from week one, and the retainer can be cancelled with 30 days' notice. The systems, data and documentation stay with the client.
